Regina Mundi Global Advisors is present in North America, the European Union & United Kingdom, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Our community of advisors is built around a core of dedicated leaders who are assisted as needed by other like minded professionals with whom we oftentimes have decades of experience. The community includes financial planners, legal consultants, media and marketing veterans, and efficiency professionals. Together we are providing specific operational and regulatory technical assistance combined with long-term counselling and guidance for financial planning and market entries. The community implements and shares the leadership’s vision of guiding a business toward a model which is conscientiously profitable, scaled to “right-size” as markets require, and one where work is performed so it enriches family life rather than depletes it.

The Regina Mundi Global Advisors community has a collective focus on helping entrepreneurs with gross profits under $8M who can benefit from tailored technical and financial assistance.  We work together, through Regina Mundi community liaisons,  to prepare entrepreneurs to transition  businesses into the international marketplace, including business nexus choices, financial participation of supporters, relocation & visa support for foreign passport holders.  Our advisors consist of like-minded professionals already successful in careers and life who are dedicated to building better businesses for the next generation through both “hands on” work and strategic training of these entrepreneurs.

Together we share a vision of market based business solutions building stronger families and better communities. Through civic involvement, each candidate entrepreneur who makes it to become a Regina Mundi Fellow is expected to give back to the community as a guide to other people who are building a more prosperous human community.

The level of social engagement extends backwards to high school and university aged young adults who enter the Regina Mundi Global Scholarships program and seek to obtain the prestigious Regina Mundi Global Scholar Prize. The Prize envisions international travel or physical engagement with other cultures. It includes financial assistance and mentoring to these young adults enabling each to test ideas and develop an individual approach to personal growth consistent with our core values. Our hope is that this exposure will develop into personal relationships between and among the participants and eventually build lasting “bridges” between different cultures. The Global Scholars are encouraged to experience the global community as participants rather than spectators.

Extending social engagement forward into the broader community, Regina Mundi Global Impact Grants, are how we support the development of human capital through innovations in trade, arts, and civic involvement.  Our hope is that this Impact Grant will enable the recipient to develop the project into a meaningful tool in the fight for social justice, a greener planet, and a more equitable global community one step at a time. The Global Impact Grant recipients are encouraged to communicate within the global community all the lessons and experiences which arise in the course of the project so as to allow others to feel as if they are participants rather than spectators in this global effort.

Each Grant recipient is expected to adopt and practice a set of core values that Regina Mundi views as the essential values of a good program – reflecting the kind of project with whom we would do business and with which we wish to be associated. These values are honesty, generosity, empathy, and sympathy. Our intent is to demonstrate to the global community that if decisions are made consistent with these core values, these “virtues,” then the resultant actions will reflect the highest ethical and moral standards of humanity.

Entrepreneurs may introduce themselves to our community by sending an email through the Contact Us portal in the Regina Mundi website. One of our Directors will review your inquiries, and where appropriate, connect assign you to a Regina Mundi community liaison to further the discussion.  Volunteers are encouraged to contact us and become involved in our golden circle of “irregulars” whose expert knowledge is specialized, and whose time available to mentor is constrained. 

Usually, growing a business will require assistance for which compensation is appropriate.  Wherever possible Regina Mundi will recruit and refer to the entrepreneurs the best qualified person(s) with the special knowledge to deliver the desired outcome. Occasionally, one or more of the Regina Mundi team, in an individual capacity, is the right person for the task. In these circumstances the entrepreneur will engage those people directly rather than through Regina Mundi.

In general, our Regina Mundi community liaisons and Directors provide our technical assistance without any fees or compensation anticipated.  In the circumstances that Regina Mundi raises capital for the entrepreneur then a fee is due to Regina Mundi the sum of which will be set separately in negotiations with the entrepreneur.
